Third Quarter Report
Citizens of the Confederation now that October begins, it is the perfect time to reflect on our performance in the third quarter of the year. Now this quarter had its challenges, aside from the demands of full time studying and working taking most of my time, I personally faced some serious health problems. Likewise, the demands on all our citizens were extensive, and yet we did some great things! I am most proud of the Reproductive Health Freedom Act and the continuing spirit of community that flourished amongst our citizens. The rest of this report will be structured the same way as the plan itself, in designated sections.
Political
Goal One: Incomplete: Political developments within Saarditia meant that they had no state level elections, which meant no political party could stand for elections at the Confederal level. However, this is not a failing of Saarditia’s government; they have been extremely instrumental in forging legislative policy and their state is a critical part of the Confederation. We are proud to call them our brothers!
Goal Two: Mostly Complete: After the recent Community Event we have devised new advertising laws. Whilst they haven’t been passed in our legislature, we are firmly in the editing stage.
Goal Three: Complete: Numerous attempts to gain new Member States have been made across Facebook, Reddit and Instagram. We are currently in talks with another Micronation which is interested in joining our great union.
Community
Goal One: Complete: We hosted our Ninth Community Event recently and it was one of our most well attended events to date! A great night of both policy and fun!
Goal Two: Complete: We released the sixth episode of World Lounge; whilst I would’ve liked to have created a seventh, we simply did not have enough time.
Recruitment
Goal One: Complete: With Saarditia’s citizens partaking in Community Events, I believe we have boosted engagement among Member States citizens. However, we can always improve on this front.
Goal Two: Incomplete: No excuses here, we should have done this but alas it was not to be.
Conclusion
Meeting five (or four and a half) out of seven goals is pretty decent in my opinion. Yet I cannot take the credit, it was the amazing citizens of Vladastock who made this possible. I wish to thank each and everyone of our citizens for the great work they have done these last three months. We are made stronger by your continued support and contributions. Let’s keep this pace up and deliver more results for the final leg of the year. Long live the Vladastock Confederation!
