Recent Community Events with our Citizens
For the last two Sundays, the 18th and the 11th the Confederation has hosted Community Events where we present policy ideas to our people and hear their opinions on key issues. The topics discussed in the first event were mandatory vaccines and the legality of animal testing; during the second event we discussed what should we do to protect endangered species and at-risk environments.
The opinions of our citizens have been noted, and in the coming Assembly term will be turned into legislation. These relaxed events allow our citizens to guide our union in the direction they want, thereby making the Confederation a more responsive, democratic state.
I personally wish to express my gratitude to all our citizens who came along and voiced their views. Both events were interesting and very enjoyable to be part of. The DSCP plans on hosting more of them soon.
