Small acts of charity
The citizenry of the Vladastock Confederation have collectively raised 100 Australian dollars for the OzHarvest charity as part of our monthly community plan. These funds will go to fighting food insecurity within Australia; which we believe is an important cause as Covid leaves many people out of stable employment.
Whilst these acts might be small in the grand scheme of things, they remind our citizens to be compassionate to their fellows and ensures that our nation is a force for good. Micro-Nationalism shines best when serving the communities they reside in.
Special mention to Comrade Minister for Arts Jack Sutherland for his great generosity during this drive. To bolster this month’s charity drive, I will also be donating more blood to the Red Cross.
We all can’t wait for this pandemic to be over, and for the economies of the world to recover.
be safe out there,
-Premier William Alexander.
