Destroy White Supremacy Act comes into force

After the attack on the Capitol Building in Washington D.C, the DSCP consulted with our citizens and decided to create the Destroy White Supremacy Act. This Act empowers the Vladastock Confederation Government to ban all organisations that support, advance, propagate or identify with the cause of racial, religious or ethnic supremacy.

After three weeks of negotiations with the Democratic Moderate Party and the Archduke of Aovikland, the Assembly voted on both the Act and an amendment that gave the judiciary the power of proscribing organisations. Originally the Assembly was to be given this right, but it would have been legally problematic.

Our Deputy Premier and Attorney General Xavier sent a list of organisations to our Supreme Court Justice George, who then wrote a dissolution order to the following organisations.

Neo Fascist/Christian Extremism

Ku Klux Klan, National Front (UK), Aryan Brotherhood, Antipodean Resistance, Identity Evropa/American Identity Movement, Atomwaffen Division/National Socialist Order, National Socialist Japanese Workers' Party, Proud Boys, Nippon Kaigi, Zaitokukai, Golden Dawn

Islamic Extremism

Al-Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, Lashkar-e Tayyiba, Jemaah Islamiyah, Boko Haram

We are grateful to the services of Archduke James, Deputy Premier Xavier, Supreme Justice George and all of our Assembly Members for their continued efforts in making sure this Act became law.

This Act shows our resolve in the face of hatred and prejudice, the Vladastock Confederation will never bow down to those who march under the banners of tyranny and racism. The DSCP is totally committed to the security and wellbeing of our diverse citizenry.
